Super Multi-Busbar cells offer lower resistance and greater reflectance of the busbars.
N-type wafer and wafer doping process with phosphorus. There is no loss due to boron and oxygen recombination, light-induced degradation is greatly optimized and is less than 0.8%.
Multivolt NType ensures that the cell surface has excellent passivation performance and the cell limit efficiency reaches up to 28.7%.
